Fulton Savings Bank’s Card Shut-off Feature Offers Peace of Mind
If you’re not sure if you have simply misplaced your card or it has been lost or stolen, you may temporarily shut-off your card. If your card is found safe, you may simply turn it back on—no need to make a trip to the bank, wait for your branch to open or make a call.
There are two different ways to do activate the shut-off feature, depending on how you access online banking.
From A PC
- Log into online banking
- Select the “Service Center” icon
- Under Electronic Services, choose “Deactivate My Card”
- Click “Deactivate” to shut-off
From Fulton Savings Bank’s Mobile App
- Select the Menu button
- Select “Mobile Services”
- “Select “Deactivate/Reactivate My Card”
- Click “Deactivate to shut off
If you find your card, you can simply turn it back on.
