KeyBank will no longer be offering free ATM service to Fulton Savings Bank customers. Effective July 1, 2009, Fulton Savings Bank cardholders will be charged service fees when using their card at KeyBank ATMs.
ATM transactions continue to be FREE to Fulton Savings Bank customers at our 12 convenient ATM locations and any HSBC ATM worldwide.
FULTON RIVER GLEN BRANCH CLOSING
As part of our continuous effort to provide efficient customer service, the Fulton Savings Bank
periodically evaluates its branch office and delivery systems. The Bank has decided that the River Glen Branch Office in Fulton will close on Friday, December 18, 2009.
With the recent addition of the branch office at Fulton Commons Mall at 1909 State Route 3, the Bank has TWO full
service branches in the City of Fulton, strategically located on either side of the Oswego River. In addition, the Bank has
FOUR 24 hour accessible ATMs in the City of Fulton.
